ZeroC has now signed a development agreement with the Homes and Communities Agency to develop Rousssillon Barracks, Chichester.
This exceptional site, in the heart of the town, will deliver up to 350 low carbon homes.
ZeroC will now work towards submitting a planning application in the early summer of 2010 and will aim to start building on the site in late 2010.
