ZeroC are highly experienced, very well funded, sustainable developers. We have been building low carbon homes and commercial buildings for the past 10 years.

We are equally comfortable building homes to traditional architecture as we are testing the bounds of cutting contemporary design.

Our sister company Ecofirst supplies and installs the full range of sustainable technologies and our sustainable consultancy, Ecofirst Consult, advises homeowners, house builders and developers on how to meet their sustainability targets.

We are always on the lookout for new opportunities be they outright land purchase or joint ventures. Current joint venture partners include The South West Regional Development Agency, The Duchy of Cornwall, Defence Estates, Gladedale Homes, The Zog Group and The Strickland Estate.
