ZeroC is building approximately 300 low carbon homes, to very high design standards, on the site of the former Roussillon Barracks.
Work on site stated in April 2011 and the first homes will be completed in May 2012. The first phase of fifty 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes will be released in late January 2012 with the opening of the onsite sales centre.
